Class Descriptions & Instructors

Spin  (Ima, Danielle, Patrick) - Spin classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road! Open for all fitness levels. 

Circuit Training (Danielle) - Class focuses on body conditioning and resistance training by utilizing high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength training and muscular endurance. 

Trouble Zone Tone (Summer) - This full body workout uses free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and more to strengthen and tone muscles.  Open for all fitness levels. 

Spin and Kettlebell (James) - A classic spin class with intervals of full-body kettle bell training to really burn those calories!

Kettle Bell (Danielle) - The Kettle Bell is a cast iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.  The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.  The movements used in Kettle Bell exercise can be dangerous to those who have back or shoulder problems, or a weak core.

TurboKick (Melissa) - A fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout with a mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout.

ZUMBA® (Kate, Kim) - A fusion of Brazilian and Latin dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class.  It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations to increase aerobic fitness.  Open for fitness all levels.

Strength Training  (Ima) - A weight training class guaranteed to tone your body while strengthening your muscles.  Emphasis is on proper execution of exercises, muscle development, and posture.   

Step and Tone (Lisa) - A full body workout consisting of using steppers and free weights to tighten and tone the entire body.  

Stretch and Core (Ima) - A class which focuses on increasing flexibility and core strength! Tight hamstrings, sore muscles, and poor core strength can affect your whole posture leading to discomfort. This class will help increase your range of movement, as well as help to decrease risk of injury.

Pilates (Summer) - Exercises Multi-Level class in Pilates mat work. The concepts of alignment, breathing, and control will be learned, as well as mat exercise. Pilates addresses the foundational muscles essential for fluidity of motion that are fundamental for all types of exercise and athletics. 

TRX Training (Stefano) - TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to deliver a fast, effective total-body workout. If you are looking to build a rock solid core and increase your muscular endurance, this is the class for you! 

Barlattes (Summer) - A Barre and Pilates inspired workout that's primary focus is strengthening the supportive muscles to create a streamlined and balanced body.       

Spin and Core (Danielle) - A traditional spin class with a mix of core strengthening exercise modalities.

Spin and More (Ima) - A traditional spin class with a mix of full body elements such as body weight exercises and core stability movements.

Yoga (April, Kaylin) - A discipline which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures for health and relaxation.

Total Body Conditioning (Ima) - This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands for a total body workout!

Zumba Toning (Kate) - Zumba toning keeps Zumba's essence while focusing on strength training the arms, abs, and thighs!

Kickboxing H.I.I.T. (James) - A total body workout, this class is a fusion of kickboxing and high intensity cross-training circuits!

Body Sculpt (Lisa) - A muscle toning class focusing on core strength. The class utilizes weight bars, steppers, exercise bands and dumbbells to burn a ton of calories using weight training moves!

Mind*Body*Spin (Lisa) - 30 minutes of spin with light weights, then 15 minutes of basic yoga toning and stretching!

WyoFit H.I.I.T. (Matt) - This high intensity, bootcamp-style workout will challenge you both mentally and physically. A full body workout with cardio intervals, this class will pinpoint your weaknesses and challenge your strengths! *This is a specialty class, and is not included in a classes-included membership. Cost is $10 per class*
