We believe that in order to take full advantage of your fitness plan, working with a personal trainer is the way to go. Our team of trainers will customize workout plans for your specific goals. Scheduling sessions will provide the necessary motivation to get to the gym. About John:

My personal training and exercise prescription is designed specifically to accomplish clients' fitness and health goals. My training specialties include: functional training, core strengthening, injury prevention, and training periodization. I provide regimens for athletes who are looking to improve speed, strength, and flexibility. I also enjoy designing exercise prescriptions within ACSM guidelines for clients simply looking to improve their overall health. I am a Penn State University graduate in Kinesiology with more than 9 years of experience in the health/fitness/wellness field.

About Jesse:

As a personal trainer, it is my job and pleasure to educate, inspire, and implement safe and effective training programs to help my clients reach their goals. Exercise must be unique to the person. “I am here to fit you for an exercise program, much as a tailor fits you for a suit.” My goal is to make exercise enjoyable so it becomes part of a person’s lifestyle. I specialize in training the general population and also athletes looking to get to the next level of competition.

 About Stefano:

As a personal trainer, it is my passion and dedication to educate, and implement safe and effective training programs to help my clients reach their short and long term goals. I strongly believe that health and fitness is a lifestyle and not just something you do at the gym. Holistic overall health is my goal for my clients. Whether you are training to increase muscular strength, decrease body fat, or improving performance as an athlete, it is important that you are determined, motivated and focused mentally. I am a graduate from the University of the Sciences and received my B.S. in Exercise Science and Wellness Management. I am currently studying to sit for my ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist certification. Let's work together to achieve your goals and towards a better version of yourself every day!

 About James:

As a personal trainer, my goal is to make exercise easy for you. Exercise is a great stress reliever which can support both a healthy body as well as a healthy mind. It is effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration, and enhancing overall cognitive function. Exercise is also essential for enhancing longevity, productivity, and overall quality of life. I specialize in strength conditioning, weight loss, and nutrition education.

Personal Trainer: Jared Martz - EP-C

 

 About Jared:

As a personal trainer, it is my job to motivate as well as educate clients in the art of safe and effective exercise. My fitness programs incorporate a variety  of training methods, including: circuit training, unilateral training, traditional and body weight training. These routines are designed to emphasize maximum muscle  involvement to keep workouts effective in a short amount of time. I will be graduating from West Chester University in May of 2016 with a Master's degree in Exercise Science. In my free time I enjoy playing outdoor sports and staying active.
