12 Days of Christmas WORKOUT

Perform the following workout as the 12 Days of Xmas song. Complete exercise 1, exercise 2+1, 3+2+1…….until exercises 12+11+10+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1. 

For the following workout; you will need a treadmill, mat, and DBs.
Exercise 1 = 1 x 30 sec sprint on treadmill (time starts when top speed is reached)
Exercise 2 = 2 x push-up with 2 mt. climbers (count 1-1, 2-2 for mt. climbers)
Exercise 3 = 3 x Dumbbell (DB) single arm snatches (3 per arm)
Exercise 4 = 4 lunge switches or Mary Catherines (count 1-1)
Exercise 5 = 5 squat jumps
Exercise 6 = 6 diamond push-ups
Exercise 7 = 7 DB overhead tricep extensions
Exercise 8 = 8 DB bicep curls and 8 DB hammer curls
Exercise 9 = 9 skaters (count 1-1)
Exercise 10 = 10 Figure “4” crunches per side
Exercise 11 = 11 DB lat pullovers to sit-up
Exercise 12 = 12 burpees
