Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs

2 Cups PBfit Powdered Peanut Butter


1 Scoop Ascent Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder

½ Cup Canned Coconut Milk

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

3.5 oz. Cream Cheese

2 Tbs. Creamy Peanut Butter

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

5 oz. Dark Chocolate

1 tsp. Coconut Oil


  1. Place the powdered PB and protein powder in a medium bowl, whisk until blended
  2. Pour the coconut milk and maple syrup into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula
  3. Add the cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla then blender with a hand mixer until smooth – the mixture should resemble cookie dough
  4. Grease hands with coconut oil, then roll mixture in 24 egg-shaped balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet
  5. Put cookie sheet in the fridge for 2-3 hours, and clean up the kitchen leaving out the chocolate and coconut oil
  6. To prepare chocolate mixture, melt at 20-30 second increments in the microwave with 1 tsp of coconut oil, stirring regularly to ensure chocolate does not seize
  7. Place a cooling rack on a plastic wrap lined counter top (to catch drips and minimize clean-up), and begin dipping eggs in the chocolate one-by-one
  8. Allow chocolate to harden, or if it is a particularly warm day, place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  9. Decorate with white chocolate, or create a peanut butter drizzle using coconut oil and powdered peanut butter
  10. Devour 😊
