Christmas in July Workout

Hey everybody! You have all heard of Christmas in July, correct? Well Merry Christmas, here is a workout to be completed just like the song! Complete Day 1, Day 2 + Day 1, Day 3 +2 + 1 and so forth until you end with Day 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1
Equipment needed: treadmill, a mat (optional), dumbbells , kettlebell, and YOU
First Day = 1 x 0.10 miles on treadmill (not far at all, so let’s pick up your pace)
Second Day = 2 x burpees WITH a push-up
Third Day = 3 x DB snatches per arm
Fourth Day = 4 x star jumps
Fifth Day = 5 x KB swing to squat
Sixth Day = 6 x lunges (per leg) with DB curls
Seventh Day = 7 x tabletop switchkicks (count 1-1)
Eight Day = 8 x lateral push-ups (total)
Ninth Day = 9 x lateral squats (per side)
Tenth Day = 10 x SLOW paced deadbug crunches
Eleventh Day = 11 x forearm plank jacks {modify toe taps (count 1-1)}
Twelfth Day = 12 x squat thrusts
