Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:

¼ Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree

5.3 oz. Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt

8 oz. Fairlife Whole Milk

1 Scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein

1 oz. Pecans

½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:

– For good results, add a few ice cubes

– For best results, freeze canned pumpkin in ice cube trays then add to the remaining ingredients

– Whirl in a blender and enjoy!

30g Carbs, 30g Fat, 60g Protein
