The Twelve Days of Fitmas

Let the games begin! Can you complete each days’ challenge leading up to Christmas?

Day 1 – Add a red and green veggie (or fruit!) to each meal – i.e. red and green pepper omelet

Day 2 – Hold any variation of a plank for 2 minutes (or 1 min, 30 s rest, then 1 min)

Day 3 – Help someone put away their weights/gym equipment

Day 4 – Complete 30 bodyweight squats during the day (10 @ breakfast, 10 @ lunch…)

Day 5 – Try a new protein shake or pre-workout powder from the gym’s cooler

Day 6 – Convince a friend to come to the gym with you + try your workout

Day 7 – Perform 50 push-ups during your workout (break up into as many sets as needed)

Day 8 – Log 8 solid hours of sleep tonight! This will keep you energized and healthy

Day 9 – Drink 56 ounces of pure, clean water throughout the day

Day 10 – Walk 10,000 steps (outside, during the day at work, or on a treadmill)

Day 11 – Complete 11 burpees as fast as possible (Can you get 11 in a minute?)

Day 12 – Choose a challenging exercise or weight and attempt a 12 rep max (12RM)
