As a personal trainer, it is my job to motivate as well as educate clients in the art of safe and effective exercise. My fitness programs incorporate a variety of training methods, including: circuit training, unilateral training, traditional and body weight training. These routines are designed to emphasize maximum muscle involvement to keep workouts effective in a short amount of time. I will be graduating from West Chester University in May of 2016 with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. In my free time I enjoy playing outdoor sports and staying active.
