Head Trainer

My personal training and exercise prescription is designed specifically to accomplish clients’ fitness and health goals. My training specialties include: functional training, core strengthening, injury prevention, and training periodization. I provide regimens for athletes who are looking to improve speed, strength, and flexibility. I also enjoy designing exercise prescriptions within ACSM guidelines for clients simply looking to improve their overall health. I am a Penn State University graduate in Kinesiology with more than 9 years of experience in the health/fitness/wellness field.

  • – American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist
  • – Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor
  • Functional Movement Systems Professional – Level 1
  • Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology / Movement Science – Pennsylvania State University
  • Exercise is Medicine – Level 2
  • TRX Suspension Trainer L1 and L2
  • – CPR/AED Certified
