Vanilla Frozen Yogurt & Caramelized Peaches

Frozen Yogurt Ingredients: Serves 8-10

4 Cups Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Half & Half

½ Cup Raw Honey

1 tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste


Caramelized Peach Ingredients: Serves 4-8

4-8 Peaches

¼ Cup Honey or Maple Syrup

1-2 Tbs. Salted Butter

1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

¼ tsp. Cloves

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


1. In a medium bowl, whisk the frozen yogurt ingredients until thoroughly blended

2. Add to an ice cream maker OR pour into a loaf pan and place in the freezer 6 hours or overnight

3. Slice peaches into a bowl, add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves

4. In a medium saucepan, gently melt butter and balsamic vinegar until melded together

5. Combine peaches in the pan, and allow to simmer on low about 3-5 minutes

6. Increase heat temperature and add honey or maple syrup, watch carefully to keep from burning

7. At the last moment add vanilla extract and turn pan to cool (sauce should be thicker)

8. Scoop vanilla frozen yogurt into a dish, top with peaches, ladle sauce, and enjoy!
